After retiring from Montgomery College as Interim President the Board of Trustees named the business park on the Germantown Campus the Hercules Pinkney Life Sciences Park in his honor. In 2015 the college renamed the park the Pinkney Innovation Complex for Science and Technology at Montgomery College (PIC – MC). The Holy Cross Germantown Hospital opened on October 1, 2014 as the anchor tenant of the Pinkney Innovation Complex. President Emeritus is the title designated following his retirement from Montgomery College in December 2010.

Dr. Hercules Pinkney is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in higher education institutions. He is an accomplished Board Chair and member of Board of Directors of regional health care system. Dr. Pinkney has strong business development professional skills in nonprofit organizations, government, instructional design, fundraising, and management. We are honored and grateful that he is part of the TLCI Advisory Board.
