Robert Boakai is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in government contracting, information technology, and organizational leadership. He serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Educology Solutions, Inc., leading strategic growth initiatives and overseeing corporate operations, finance, and business development.

 Robert’s career spans senior leadership roles at multiple federal IT firms and agencies, where he has supported mission-critical programs across defense, intelligence, health, and civilian sectors. He is also the founder of JenXSystems and a dedicated advocate for small business development and mentorship.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Certificate in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.

 Robert brings a deep commitment to innovation in education, public service, and empowering communities through technology and mentorship to the TLCI board.
